3. I installed SpamAgent,
but I still get spam!
Make sure you have SpamAgent properly configured
for your e-mail account, and that you actually have SpamAgent
monitoring your inbox (just installing it will not stop spam).
Before checking your email, use SpamAgent's 'check inbox now'
feature to remove spam. If you are on an always-on connection
(like dsl or cable), you can leave SpamAgent monitoring your
e-mail accounts while you do other meaningful activities.

4. Does SpamAgent work with

5. Where do I find my E-Mail
account settings?
This depends on what e-mail client you are using.
If you are using Outlook you can goto the TOOLS -> Accounts
menu, then double click your account in the Mail listing.
Goto the Servers tab to retrieve your POP3 email server and
password.

6. SpamAgent is filtering
messages from my friends!
You can easily stop SpamAgent from doing this
by adding your friend's email address to the 'FRIENDS' Filters
list. You can also right click on any e-mail in SpamAgent's
inbox and choose "Add to Friends List".
